CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSISTANT
Join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Assistant at Hittn’ Skins. This entry-level role supports new and existing clients and is perfect for someone personable, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll handle walk-ins, calls, order follow-ups, showroom samples, and light outreach. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
Pay: $12–$16/hr + commission. Full-time & Part-time available.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We’re hiring experienced Graphic Designers to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong layout skills, creative range, and at least 2 years of Adobe CC experience.
Pay: $16–$22/hr Compensation based on experience and work quality.
Performance reviews at 90 days and within 12 months.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Flexi a plus)
- Able to build graphics from scratch using type, vectors & imagery
- Experience in logos, event promo, signage, and vehicle wraps
- Must follow job protocols and manage time efficiently
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and hit tight deadlines
Tasks Include:
- Design & illustration (logos, characters, etc.)
- Apparel/product mockups & proofs
- Collateral like banners, wraps, signage & packaging
- In-house brand design for Hittn’ Skins
- Creative, hands-on projects daily
M&R PRESS OPERATOR
We’re looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our screen printing team full-time. This is a fast-paced production role for someone confident running both manual and auto presses with minimal oversight.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (OT possible)
Pay: $16–$20/hr Based on experience, speed, and print quality.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience operating screen print presses
- Proficient with M&R equipment: Gauntlet, Cobra, Sportsman, Rapid Tag, Manual
- Skilled in pre/post press, color matching & screen prep
- Fast setups and breakdowns using M&R Tri-Loc system
- Able to execute high-quality prints on tight timelines
- Organized, focused, and team-driven
- Follows shop protocols and adapts to shifting priorities
- Takes initiative and completes tasks on time
SCREEN PRINT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / HELPER
We're hiring a full-time Production Assistant to join our screen print department. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (OT possible)
Pay: Starts at $14/hr Rate based on experience and productivity.
Performance reviewed at 90 days. Advancement available.
Requirements:
- Follows job protocols and maintains clean work area
- Assists with press setup, taping, ink prep, and tool handling
- Reclaims screens, squeegees, and shop tools
- Keeps ink and supply areas labeled and organized
- Catches, sorts, and boxes printed garments with accuracy
- Helps coat, expose, and rinse screens as needed
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work hard in a team setting
