  • Q: How much do your shirts cost?
  • A: This question is about as vague as walking into a 5 star restaurant and asking how much their food costs! We offer a wide variety of printing applications and products that will cater to your specific needs as well as an extensive selection of garments and accessories to choose from. We prefer to see all artwork prior to quoting all jobs so please refer to our contact us form if you are interested in placing an order or obtaining a quote.
  • Q: Do you have a minimum order?
  • A: For the majority of our garment applications we have a 12 piece minimum. However, we have the capability to produce as large of a quantity as you may need! FYI: Buying in bulk can save you big bucks!! There are significant prices breaks when ordering a larger quantity, contact us for more information. On all Digital Printing orders, there is a $75 store minimum.
  • Q: How long does it take to have a job printed?
  • A: Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days once we receive your artwork approval. We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround in town, so in most cases your order will ready before then. For selected promotional products turnaround time can sometimes be 2-3 weeks. We offer expedited turnarounds if needed within 24-48 hours, so give us a call if you're in a hurry!
  • Q: What is a screen charge or set up fee?
  • A: In order to produce screen printed t-shirts, each color in a design must go on its own screen or stencil. Hittn' Skins will hold your screens for up to 12 months so any reorders placed within that time you will not be charged another set up fee. The cost per screen is normally $25 per screen. We can sometimes wave the setup fees on larger orders depending on the job. See our Monthly Specials for special offers on set-up fees.
  • Q: Do you charge for artwork?
  • A: We'll be more than happy to assist with any artwork if needed, less than a ½ hour of art time is considered complimentary with your order. All custom designs, logos, concepts, layouts and art recreation require a $100 deposit for us to begin designing. Once artwork is approved, the deposit will go towards the balance on the order. No artwork or proofs will be taken out of the shop nor will they be emailed without first leaving a deposit.
  • Q: Can I provide my own design?
  • A: Yes, we accept "Print ready" customer supplied files in the following formats (.AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF, .JPEG). PLEASE NOTE: Because of the variance in colors from monitor to monitor, Hittn' Skins does not guarantee a 100% accurate color match on supplied files. If you would like to provide a PMS color for us to use, we will do everything in our part to match it the best we can. "Print ready" files do not include the following formats: Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint), low resolution jpegs, bitmaps.
  • Q: Can I bring my own shirts?
  • A: Sure, we have a 48 piece minimum if you are supplying your own garments. All supplied garments must be of the same material, or be able to be printed with the same method & ink types (i.e. colors, fabrics, print sizes). If you have specialty items that we cannot provide for you and can't quite meet the minimum, give us a call we are very easy to work with and we'll be able to find a solution for your needs!
  • Q: Do I have to order all the same shirt colors, sizes, styles and ink colors?
  • A: You can mix and match shirt colors and sizes of your choice, as long as the ink color stays the same and at least 6 of the same color ordered. If you need to order multiple shirt styles, we ask that you order at least 12 per style. We do offer ink color changes if needed in quantities of 24 for $10 per color change.
  • Q: I am shopping around for prices, do you match competitors pricing?
  • A: Hittn' Skins prides ourselves on providing quality products at competitive rates! If you're price shopping we'll be more than happy to match or beat any reputable competitors price if possible, but remember to compare apples to apples when shopping around, not just advertised price!
  • Q: Can I have my Custom Products shipped?
  • A: Absolutely! Hittn' Skins can ship your order anywhere in the world that UPS delivers. Just provide the shipping address when you are requesting information and we will have a shipping estimate sent with your proof & price quote.
  • Q: Do you offer samples? Or can I see the first one done before you print the rest?
  • A: No, we do not offer any kind of sampling. We do however provide you with a Digital Rendering of what the final product should look like. All garments are run at the same time and production uses the customer approved proof for reference. Hittn' Skins was the first garment decorator in Orlando to have an extensive walk-in showroom. We have tons of samples of our work as well as color swatches and material examples here.
  • Q: I ordered shirts for my staff and some of them don't fit. How can I exchange them?
  • A: Unfortunately, you can't. WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. This is a custom industry and all items are custom made to order. It is always best to call ahead or stop by to view samples if you are not sure of sizes, styles or body types of the people you are ordering for. If you should need to take some samples back to the group to try on, just leave a deposit on your order and we will provide you with everything you should need to get it squared away.
  • Q: Do you do RUSH orders?
  • A: Absolutely! In most cases we can turn an order around in a day or sometimes even same day, depending on our production schedule and size of the order. All same day orders need to be placed before 10am. Keep in mind there is a RUSH ORDER FEE and it will be a percentage of the invoice total and based on the overall deadline.
  • Q: Do you offer a discount if we add your logo to the back or sleeve?
  • A: If you are looking for an event sponsor please feel free to contact us ahead of time and we will be more than happy to help out if we can. However, if you are just looking to save a buck by adding our logo to the sleeve (that will most likely be torn off at the event), NO!
  • Q: Do you offer contract printing?
  • A: Hittn' Skins only offers contract printing to actual print contractors. We do not offer contract pricing on any orders less than 144pcs. In most cases the contract price break starts at 12 doz. We can provide you with pricing and info based on the volume of work you will be getting printed.
  • Q: I am starting a clothing line, can you help?
  • A: Yes, we can help when you are ready to start printing your shirts. Hittn' Skins will not assist in designing your clothing line; if you are serious about starting a clothing line then a screen printer should be the last stop on your list. There are many issues you will need to consider prior to getting your shirts printed: such as a designer you can work closely with unless you design yourself, educating yourself about screen printing process in order to design for a clothing line, getting your business license and resale certificate so you can get your apparel wholesale, finding who you are going to market to and the list goes on. Printing the shirts is the easy part it's what you're going to do with them once they are completed!
