DTG or Direct-to-Garment printing is the latest in Garment decorating innovation! This method allows you to print full color photorealistic images directly on to the fabric using eco-friendly inks. We use a state of the art BROTHER GT-541 Garment Printer designed to output high quality and high volume runs without the fuss of cheaper alternatives commonly used by other print shops. This process is permanent and not to be mistaken for an ink-jet heat transfer, dye sublimation or cheap iron-ons.
You have free reign with your artwork when it comes to Direct to Garment printing! You can add as many colors and effects to your art and it will print as clear and colorful as seen on your computer screen. DTG allows you to produce impeccable details and blending of colors at no extra costs. Unlike screen printing, where each color is designated (and priced) by each screen, DTG is priced at a FLAT RATE. With no screen fees, ink changes, or print resize fees; DTG is definitely the most cost effective print solution for Full Color Artwork on smaller orders.

FAQ
Do you do RUSH orders?
Absolutely! In most cases we can turn an order around in a day or sometimes even same day, depending on our production schedule and size of the order. All same day orders need to be placed before 10am. Keep in mind there is a RUSH ORDER FEE and it will be a percentage of the invoice total and based on the overall deadline.
Do you offer samples? Or can I see the first one done before you print the rest?
No, we do not offer any kind of sampling. We do however provide you with a Digital Rendering of what the final product should look like. All garments are run at the same time and production uses the customer approved proof for reference. Hittn' Skins was the first garment decorator in Orlando to have an extensive walk-in showroom. We have tons of samples of our work as well as color swatches and material examples here.
Do you charge for artwork?
We'll be more than happy to assist with any artwork if needed, less than a ½ hour of art time is considered complimentary with your order. All custom designs, logos, concepts, layouts and art recreation require a $100 deposit for us to begin designing. Once artwork is approved, the deposit will go towards the balance on the order. No artwork or proofs will be taken out of the shop nor will they be emailed without first leaving a deposit.
Do you have a minimum order?
For the majority of our garment applications we have a 12 piece minimum. However, we have the capability to produce as large of a quantity as you may need! FYI: Buying in bulk can save you big bucks!! There are significant prices breaks when ordering a larger quantity, contact us for more information. On all Digital Printing orders, there is a $75 store minimum.
